    Hey George,
    A few questions about the “Quick Cash Mentoring Program” that I see on your brochure from the meeting Thursday (evaluate a Property). It has it for $597 and $97/mo but it does not exactly match with the program on line. Does the Deal analyzer come with it? I am assume not since it probably assumes that one purchase the new “Real Yields” system. I have tried 3-4 other mentor/coaches that had a good sales pitch. I am hopeful that you are someone who delivers at least what you market as far as mentoring. MY partner and I are approaching this as an aggressive fulltime business. Could we meet sometime and discuss your program.
    I would love to be a very vocal testimonial to your program’s superiority to everything else out there.

    The are two options on joining our program. 1. $997 upfront or $597 and then $97 a month.

    Does the Real Yields program come with the program? No, but you can get full access for $19 mo.

    I understand your hesitancy on joining our coaching program. I will put it this way, if you follow the Quick Cash system, you will make money for years to come. What I offer is not a pitch, what I offer is what works for me in my business every month. This is what I know to be factual: If you have a good level of education you will know how to turn properties into profits. If you have good leads you will turn those into calls. If you have a mentor to bounce concerns and ideas off of, you will avoid costly mistakes and maximize opportunities. The program requires a minimum of 10hrs a week and $400 a month for running your business (pay for your business systems, but mostly for marketing to motivated sellers). Let me be very clear, I don’t want you in the program if you can’t commit to these two items. Why, because you will fail.

    If you’re serious about this business (I assume you are) and you can follow our directions and instructions, then WE WANT YOU.
