Ok, I’m a little confused. What’s the difference between the Mortgage Assignment class you offer and the Find & Assign class?

Sorry about the confusion. Ok, the Find and Assign workshop shows you how to locate sellers typically with high equity, write up an offer (paying cash or taking over the loan payments), locate a end-buyer (usually a cash investor) and assign (sell) the contract for a profit (you sell the contract to an investor for more than you have it under contract for).
The Find & Assign- Mortgage Assignments course show you how to do a tradition F & A transaction, but here’s the kicker…. we show you how to make money assigning LOW EQUITY deals. See you use the same concept as the original Find and Assign BUT you sell your contract to a OWNER OCCUPANT BUYER. As you know, current lending criteria makes it almost impossible for 65% of buyers in the market place to BUY A HOUSE TO LIVE IN. The reason our Mortgage Assignment program works so well is because you are locating SELLERS with little to know equity and selling to BUYERS that can’t get a loan. I think you would agree that a nice home in a good area with BUILT-IN FINANCING would be attractive to buyers right now! Do you agree? You make money buying collecting the DOWN PAYMENT from the buyer and putting that into your pocket. You assign the property over to the new buyer and they make the monthly payments. It’s a new twist to a time-tested strategy. I hope that helps answer your question.

The regular wholesaling course is 3 hours. The advanced is 6 hours and includes marketing materials.
