Although the purchase agreements (contract) will be different from our Texas contract, the fact remains is the step-by-step process. What you will need to do outside of our training is get up to speed on how to write a purchase contract on Louisiana real estate. That, I can not help you with but it the first step in performing Mortgage Assignments.

Phil in Austin offers more than I do (website, forum). I feel that I can deliver the most important things in a manner than is digestible, understandable and executable for less money. We don’t offer all the bells and whistles, but you know what? I don’t think you need it to make money with this strategy.

There is no live course on the schedule. We just had one in January. I would suggest you take our Home study course which provides training videos, forms and access to post questions on our online Q&A forum.
