   Couple of questions, when is your next class on Land Trust in Dallas area and how much is the cost. I took your owner finance class a couple of years ago and had this in it, but wanted more info so I know how to correctly move my rental properties into land trust.

   Harold,

   There are two ways to get educated on Land Trust. One, is a face to face consultation ($199), where you and I sit down for 2 hours and go over every step and documents to ensure that you know how to set up the Trust the right way depending on the situation. The second way, is our step-by-step home study program ($99) where you have unlimited access to watch our taped recording and download all the documents your will need, plus you can ask us as many questions as you want for 3 months.    George,
   If I take the Texas Land Trust class, can I access it from my office computer and my home computer or my lap top. Like if I start the course during the day and need to finish it at home, or visa versa. Plus I can access it on my laptop if I need a referance. I was thinking of starting it tomorrow but not sure I could sit the whole 2 hours without interuption during the day.

   Absolutely! We will give you a login name and password to RoddyNetwork.com site and you can watch the video as much as you like for 90 days.

   Step 1: purchase online course
   Step 2: we will send you a login name and password to RoddyNetwork (this is where the course resides)
   Step 3: Print out the workbook (get a 3-ring binder to hold the workbook and documents)
   Step 4: Watch the presentation (you can watch it over and over for 90 days)
   Step 5: Download all the documents we discuss in the educational presentation.

    Donald,

    No. You do not need to set up a family trust (land trust) in order to assign your contract to another buyer. I usually set up family trust when I am going to buy the property as a flip or rental.

    May I place an existing, (already owned by me) property into a land trust ?
    This action is for the stated purpose of some anonymity as well as simply not being the owner of record.
