In Texas, more than 90,000 consumers file for bankruptcy on an annual basis. Unfortunately, the majority of the bankruptcy cases are dismissed (thrown out) within the first twelve months of the application due to many factors, including delinquency of payments established in the debtor’s bankruptcy plan. When a bankruptcy case is dismissed, a creditor (usually the lender) has the right to force the sale (foreclose) to collect past due payments and fees. This course will teach each investor specifically about the federal bankruptcy process (which has become more difficult over the last couple of years) and how to make money marketing and writing offers to these motivated owners.
